My first amazing Georgian cuisine in Bali!

AJARULI (IDR60k) –A rich, Georgian savory pie, rolled into a boat shape, filled with signature homemade 'suluguni' and 'imereti' cheeses, topped in the center with one sunny side egg.

• SATSIVI (IDR60k) –Simmered chicken in a Geogian mother's recipe of walnuts and regional spices. Served cold.
COMBO APPETIZER PLATTER (IDR50k) PEHALI SPINACH-LEEK (Balls of minced garden grown spinach and leeks mixed in with Georgian home spices and crushed walnuts) + EGGPLANT CAVIAR (Stir fried in vergin olive oil with roasted bellpeppers, herbs and spices) + MUSHROOMS WITH SULUGUNI (Oven baked and grilled to perfection, topped with our 'suluguni' signature home made cheese) + EGGPLANT WALNUT ROLL (Walnuts, herbs and spices rolled into thin layers of eggplant and seared to perfection)
