Pumpkin soup

1/2 Pumpkin (skin removed, chopped)
1 Carrot (chopped)
4 Stalks of Celery (chopped)
1 Red Onion (chopped)
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 tbsp Butter
Italian Herbs (from Tesco)

How to make:
1) Melt butter in a pot. Add red onion and saute for 3 minutes, then carrot and celery for another 5 minutes.
2) Pour in chicken broth (or 1 Knorr's chicken cube+water), then add pumpkin and cook for 5-10 minutes till soften.
3) Let the soup cool for a while. Pour soup into food processor and process until smooth.
4) Pour back the soup into the pot and season with Italian herbs. Add cream if desired. Serves 4 person.
