Serves 4
What you need:
• 300g ground pork
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 cup mixed vegetables - chopped carrots, corn, peas
• 3 big potatoes
• 2 butter cubes
• Worcestershire sauce
• Salt, pepper, other seasonings of choice
How it's made:
1 Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes).
2 Sauté onions in some oil until tender (10 mins). Add in mixed vegetables.
3 Add pork and sauté until no longer pink. Add salt and pepper. Add worcesterchire sauce. Add some water, uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes.4 Remove the skin from the cooked potatoes. Mash potatoes in bowl with butter, season to taste.
5 Place meat and vegetables in a baking dish. Distribute mashed potatoes on top. Rough up with a fork so that there are peaks that will brown nicely.6 Cook in 400 degree oven until bubbling and brown (about 30 minutes).
