Avocado, guacamole, salsa

It's my first time dealing with avocados. Ended with only one out of three fruits soft enough to be used for making dip. Now that I know, the right choice should have a nice gleaming black skin, slightly firm. Check the top, it should be slightly squishy. This is a perfect avocado!

Guacamole (Good for a party of 10-12)
What you need:
• 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pits removed
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1 small onions, chopped
• 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

How to make:
1) Cut avocados into pieces; place in a food processor with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, onion, and lime juice.
2) Cover and process until smooth.
3) Chill thoroughly and serve dip with anything crunchy.

Tomato Salsa Dip (Good for a party of 10-12)

• 1 small white onion (finely chopped)
• 1 green or yellow bell pepper (finely chopped)
• 1 cup tomato puree (dissolved with water)
